Responsibilities

• Conducting data analysis and battery tests to evaluate battery performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Developing battery life models and performance analysis tools to enhance battery design and development processes.
• Utilizing Matlab scripting, parameter fitting, and data regression techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
• Presenting data and analysis results in graphical formats to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal system performance modeling and electrification technology functionality.
• Participating in high voltage training to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Applying disciplined system development processes and utilizing tools such as DOORs, Canalyzer, and Canape in the analysis and testing phases.
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in battery technology and actively contributing to solving engineering problems through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 3.0 years of experience in battery pack data analysis or a related field.
2. Expertise in battery performance modeling using tools such as Matlab/Simulink, COMSOL, GT-Suite, and ANSYS.
3. Proficiency in technical skills like data analysis, battery test methods, optimization, and graphically presenting data.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
