• MATLAB/Octave: Proficiency in MATLAB/Octave for numerical computing and data analysis.
• Julia: Familiarity with Julia language for high-performance numerical analysis and computational science.
• WEKA: Experience with WEKA for data mining and machine learning tasks.
• Stanford CoreNLP: Proficiency in Stanford CoreNLP toolkit for natural language processing tasks.

• ClearTK: Familiarity with ClearTK, a natural language processing toolkit for biomedical texts.
